In the event of non-compliance, MyWater\n            cannot be held responsible for any delay or inability to carry out the installation.\n        <\/li>\n\n        <li>\n            Their periodic maintenance, according to a personalised schedule.\n        <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n\n    <p class=\"lightBlue boldText\">Article 2 - Duration<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The subscription is entered into for an indefinite period. It takes effect on the 1st or\n        the 15th of the month following the effective installation of the SmartFountain, with a\n        free 15-day trial period.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The subscription may be terminated by either party by registered letter, subject to\n        three months' notice before the end of a calendar quarter. Failing this, the subscription\n        will be automatically renewed for successive periods of three months.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <p class=\"lightBlue boldText\">Article 3 - Early Termination<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        In the event of early termination by the customer, the customer shall pay compensation\n        equivalent to three months' rent, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.\n        This clause is intended to compensate MyWater for the costs incurred.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <p class=\"lightBlue boldText\">Article 4 - Breach of Obligations<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        In the event of a breach by the customer of their obligations, particularly in the event\n        of non-payment, MyWater will issue a formal notice. If the situation is not remedied within\n        15 days, MyWater may terminate the agreement as of right and recover the equipment.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        All outstanding amounts will become immediately payable, together with annual interest\n        of 12% and fixed compensation equal to 15% of the amount due, with a minimum charge\n        of 50 euros.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <p class=\"lightBlue boldText\">Article 5 - Rent \/ Subscription<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The amount of the rent, as specified in the specific terms and conditions, is indexed\n        annually according to the consumer price index.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The indexation formula is as follows:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        <strong>\n            Indexed rent = Base rent \u00d7 (New index \/ Starting index)\n        <\/strong>\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The rent is invoiced quarterly.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <p class=\"lightBlue boldText\">Article 6 - Location<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The SmartFountain must be installed at the address specified in the agreement, in a clean\n        and dry environment, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures\n        (between 5\u00b0C and 30\u00b0C). Any relocation requires MyWater's prior written approval.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <p class=\"lightBlue boldText\">Article 7 - Use<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The customer undertakes to use the equipment responsibly and exclusively for the supply\n        of drinking water, and to return it in good condition at the end of the agreement,\n        excluding normal wear and tear.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        No technical intervention may be carried out by a third party. In the event of a malfunction\n        or incident, the customer must immediately inform MyWater.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <p class=\"lightBlue boldText\">Article 8 - Liability<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The customer is responsible for the loss of or damage to the SmartFountain, except in cases\n        of normal wear and tear or an inherent defect. MyWater accepts no liability for damage\n        suffered by the customer or third parties.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <p class=\"lightBlue boldText\">Article 9 - Assignment<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The customer may not assign, sublet or encumber the equipment. MyWater may assign its\n        rights and obligations to a third party, provided that such third party assumes the obligations\n        under this agreement. The customer agrees in advance to such assignment.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <p class=\"lightBlue boldText\">Article 10 - Maintenance<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        MyWater provides regular maintenance of the SmartFountain at its own expense.\n        In the event of a technical failure resulting from proper use, the device will be repaired\n        or replaced at no cost to the customer.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <p class=\"lightBlue boldText\">Article 11 - Access to the Equipment<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The customer must provide access to the equipment during business hours. If this is not\n        possible, the customer must take the initiative to arrange an appointment with MyWater.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <p class=\"lightBlue boldText\">Article 12 - Return of the Equipment<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        At the end of the agreement, the customer must make the SmartFountain available for\n        collection.
