In the context of a form involving a donor and a beneficiary, MyWater may collect the donor's contact details as well as information concerning the beneficiary provided by the donor, including their first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and address.
Through the contact form, MyWater collects the information necessary to respond to your request, including your name, email address, telephone number, and the content of your message.

3. Why Do We Use Your Data?
Data provided through the trial request form is used to register your request, contact you regarding it, answer your questions, and follow up on your request concerning MyWater services.
This processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Data submitted through the contact form is used solely to understand, manage, and respond to your request.
Depending on the nature of your request, this processing is based either on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request or on MyWater's legitimate interest in responding to individuals who voluntarily contact the company.
Data provided in connection with a request involving a donor is used to process the request initiated by the donor and, where necessary, to contact the beneficiary.
4. Data Concerning a Beneficiary or Another Person
Certain information may be provided to MyWater by someone other than the person concerned. This is particularly the case when a donor provides the contact details of a beneficiary or when a person provides the name of someone who recommended MyWater to them.
In such cases, the source of the information is the person who completed the form. MyWater uses this data only in connection with the request for which it was provided.
Where MyWater needs to contact directly a beneficiary whose information has been provided by a donor, MyWater will provide the beneficiary with information regarding the processing of their personal data no later than at the time of the first communication.
If you provide MyWater with the contact details of another person, we also encourage you to inform that person that their data has been provided to MyWater in connection with your request.
